This week’s song comes from Justin Moore – “You Look Like I Need a Drink!”
It was the first single from Justin’s fourth studio album, Kinda Don’t Care. It went to the top of the chart last September. And, the song was written by Rodney Clawson, Matt Dragstrem, and Natalie Hemby. It was Natalie who had the idea to write about a break up that’s coming, but, man, what a great hook!!!
So, Justin said that when he saw this title, it definitely jumped out at him. And, he loved the surprise of the song not being what he assumed it would be! And, he knew that he had chosen right when he first performed this thing live because the crowd went crazy!
Justin recently celebrated the success of this song with a number one party here in Nashville… Hey, congrats, buddy!
