In 2014, Jerrod Niemann would reach number one for the second time in his career. His song “Drink To That All Night” was co-written by four writers: Derek George, Lance Miller, and brothers Brad and Brett Warren. Derek admitted that they had a blast writing this song, and it really didn’t feel like work at all, but it did feel like a hit.
Jerrod said that he really wanted this song bad, but he had heard another song they had written and he really wanted that one but somebody else had recorded it first. So, he wasn’t gonna take a chance and let this one get away. And, it’s a good thing because “Drink To That All Night” would go on to be a number one hit and sell over a million copies.
