This week, we honor beautiful 82-year-old Willie Murphy, out of Rochester, New York.

It was a late night, and Willie was getting ready for bed. She heard a man pounding on her front door asking for help. So, she called the police, but she kept her door locked. The man became angry that she wouldn’t let him in and he broke through the door.

This is where the story gets interesting… You see, Willie Murphy is not a wilting little flower. She is an award-winning body builder who works out at her local YMCA every day. This 82-year-old woman can lift 225 pounds!

So, when this man came at her, she went to work. She picked up her table and broke it over the intruder’s back, then she took piece of the broken table – I’m guessing a table leg – and hit him over the head with it.  She said that she even took a shampoo bottle that was nearby and squirted the shampoo in his eyes.

By the time the police arrived, the intruder had to be carried away in an ambulance because, as Willie put it, she did a number on him.
