Around Town: Tin Pan South 2013

In Around Town, Kix Brooks Radio's Dana Romanello takes our listeners inside industry events. From number one parties to red carpets and more, check out what your favorite stars are up to on Music Row.

The annual Tin Pan South event in Nashville shines a spotlight on the writers behind the songs we count down each and every week on ACC. The festival features shows at popular venues all around town where songwriters tell the stories behind the tunes they've penned.

Dana stopped in at The Rutledge downtown for the BMI Show with songwriters Natalie Hemby ("Baggage Claim," "White Liar," "Pontoon"), Luke Laird ("Take a Back Road," "Pontoon," "Drink in My Hand") and singer-songwriter Brett Eldredge ("Raymond," "Don't Ya"). Watch as Dana talks to both Luke and Brett about playing the event. Plus, you’ll get to see some of the performances at the show which include some tunes currently climbing the chart.
