After completing his third album, I’m A Fire, David Nail found glimpses of his life peppered throughout the project. David shares, “There’s so many moments on this record that make me think about the last four years that I’ve been married, and I’m A Fire just sums it all up.” The title track in particular really brings that message home. He explains, “It says, ‘I’ve walked through flames, come out on the other end, and the foremost reason is because of you.'”
David’s latest album also brings him another number one to his growing list of hits with “Whatever She’s Got.” Along with the infectious first single, I’m A Fire features guest appearances by Little Big Town (“When They’re Gone (Lyle County)”) and Lee Ann Womack who joins David on a cover of Glen Campbell’s hit “Galveston,” among the 11 tracks.
