With 2011’s Life at Best, Eli Young Band notched their very first number one hits with “Crazy Girl” and “Even If It Breaks Your Heart,” so when it came time to hit the recording studio, the guys felt a little bit of pressure to keep the train of success going. The result is their new album 10,000 Towns, which has already earned EYB a big hit with its debut single “Drunk Last Night.” The march of success continues on, guys!
With their current gig opening for Darius Rucker on his True Believers Tour and an upcoming slot on Jake Owen’s headlining tour this spring, the Eli Young Band’s 2014 schedule is jammed pack. Luckily, we were able to catch up with Mike, Jon, Chris and James prior to the album’s release and before their hectic schedule kicked in.
