That’s a question that has me thumbing through so many great memories…
It’s really hard to pick just one, but I will always remember playing up in Woodstock, New York on our Last Rodeo Tour and Merle Haggard was out with us for a couple of weeks. I’m a huge Haggard fan, and he suggested we perform something together during his part of the show. And, just being out there on stage with him, singing harmony and him looking over and smiling at me is a moment that I’ll never forget. He’s one of my real musical heroes and to get that nod from him, well, it’s just hard to explain…
Those are the moments you live for, but you never dream could actually happen!
