For his third album, Slowheart, Kip Moore was driven by a musical theme with an old rock and roll feel. Then, the lyrics followed. It took a while, but the result is a record that is poised to take Kip to the next level. Just look at the success of the project’s lead single. “More Girls Like You” is the fastest rising single of Kip’s career, and the song is trending to become his first Top 10 since 2013’s “Hey Pretty Girl.” Not a bad way to start a new album, huh?
With all these new tunes, you can bet Kip is itching to get on the road for a full-fledged headlining tour. Kip will head overseas to the U.K. in early October for a run of show, then he’ll launch his Plead the Fifth Tour in the States on October 19th. Check out tour dates here.
