Throughout the week, our ACC Team searches through emails and news articles looking for someone who deserves to be the Kidde Hero of the Week…
This past Sunday, one of the most horrific tragedies in recent memory occurred in Las Vegas during the sold-out Route 91 Harvest Country Festival. I know everyone has heard the stories coming out about the bravery and the unselfishness that country fans showed during and following that shooting.
People were loading the injured into the back of trucks, into cars, helping with first aid to those that were wounded… I can’t even imagine the helplessness that those fans felt as they were enjoying a great show on a Sunday evening and the next minute, all out chaos. But, you know what? Country fans are the best and they pulled together to help out those in need.
So, I’ve just got to say, this week, our Kidde Heroes would be the 20 thousand strong country nation that helped any way they could to make a bad situation a little bit better.

Now, we want to know who has made a difference in your life. Nominate a local firefighter, police officer, EMT or someone who is serving our country in the military. It could even be a neighbor, family member or friend who lent a crucial helping hand.
