The Song Remembers When: “Hell of a Night” – Dustin Lynch

We take you behind the scenes and explore the making of one of our favorite tunes with The Song Remembers When…

In September of 2015, Dustin Lynch had his second career number one with “Hell Of A Night.” The song was co-written by Zach Crowell, Adam Sanders, and Jaren Boyer.

Dustin says that the three guys came out on the road with him. Well, after taking in their first Dustin Lynch show in Syracuse, New York, the guys were blown away. And, they told Dustin that they had no idea that he rocked that much on stage, and they immediately played him a song that they had written called “Hell of a Night.”

He had already been looking for something high energy for his new album and this song fit perfectly! It was the first time he had actually lost sleep over a song, worried someone else might beat him to the studio and record it for their album before he had a chance!

Well, no worries, he got it and it became his second number one. It was on his Where It’s At album…

So, this week’s The Song Remembers When is Dustin Lynch and “Hell of a Night:”
