The fan votes are in, and they all added up to one big night for COJO Nation and the power pairing of Jason Aldean and Carrie Underwood. Cody Johnson collected his first-ever CMT Music Awards as he was awarded Male Video of the Year (“‘Til You Can’t”) and CMT Digital-First Performance of the Year (“Dear Rodeo” from CMT Campfire Sessions). Meanwhile, Jason and Carrie’s three-week number one hit “If I Didn’t Love You” secured Collaborative Video of the Year and the big one – Video of the Year. This marks Carrie’s tenth Video of the Year trophy (the most of any artist), extending her record as the most awarded artist in the history of the CMT Music Awards with 25 wins. Additionally, Carrie now holds ownership of the most wins for Collaborative Video with four.
