In May 2020, Thomas Rhett reached number one for the 15th time in his career. “Beer Can’t Fix” featured Jon Pardi and was the third single from Thomas’ Center Point Road album.
According to TR, the song really came from a joke… He was on the golf course and wasn’t playing very well, so he thought, “Let’s grab a beer and see if we do better,” and he did.
Thomas wasn’t even finished with the song when he got the idea to have Jon Pardi join him. He called Jon up and played him the chorus. Jon hopped on board and even joined Thomas in Key West when it was time to film the song’s music video.
