We received an email from Cassidy, a resident of Indianapolis, Indiana, to nominate police detective Kyle Hoover with the Indianapolis Metro Police Department. She writes:
Dear Kix,
Kyle Hoover is a hero to our city. He started out with the police department in 2015 and made his way up to a homicide detective. He has saved many lives through his work. Kyle also works tirelessly to bring families who have lost someone the justice they deserve.
I just want him to be acknowledged for all his accomplishments. He should know he is loved and appreciated.

Cassidy, thank you for writing in. I don’t think those who serve with the police department can be singled out enough for the hard work they do on behalf of their cities and the people who live there.
