Samantha Butterfield emailed us to nominate her husband for Hero of the Week. She writes:
Dear Kix,
My hero is my husband, Danny Butterfield. He’s an active-duty service member for the National Guard. Along with fighting for our country, he’s an amazing father. We have three kids all under the age of three. He’s a great provider. He works full time, serves in the military, and is going to school full-time.
Even when we’re struggling with finances, I never once hear him complain. Not only is he there for our family, but he’s there for anyone who needs him. He is a true hero!
