On September 28, fans will make their voices heard as the winners of the inaugural People’s Choice Country Awards will be announced live from the Grand Ole Opry House on NBC and Peacock. Morgan Wallen has the chance to collect up to 11 trophies as the most-nominated artist. Following Morgan on that list is Luke Combs who has eight nominations and HARDY with seven. Kane Brown, Lainey Wilson, and Jelly Roll collected six nods each. A complete list of nominations is below.
Voting for the People’s Choice Country Awards began Wednesday, August 16, and concludes Friday, August 25, at 11:59pm ET. Fans should take note that any votes cast on Turbo Tuesday, which will take place on August 22, will count twice. To vote, visit PCCA.VoteNow.NBC.com.
In addition to the 12 awards categories, special honors will be handed out throughout the show. That includes the already announced Country Music Icon Award. Blake Shelton will present Toby Keith with that honor. And, Brothers Osborne will recognize Wynonna Judd with the Country Champion Award for her contributions to the genre and charitable organizations like the Wounded Warrior Project, Habitat for Humanity, and others.
