The third single from Jon Pardi’s Mr. Saturday Night album was “Your Heart Or Mine.” Jon was drawn to the song because it featured that “push and pull” feeling in relationships. A lot of folks have been in that place before where you don’t know if the relationship is going to work or not. Jon feels like the “not knowing” is what attracts us to each other.
Jon knew this song would strike a chord with fans. Musically, it was also very attractive to him because he heard it as a ‘70s-inspired weekend jam. The drums really drove the song and made you want to move.
Released in October 2022, “Your Heart Or Mine” peaked inside the Top 5 within 47 weeks.
