In 2022, Bailey Zimmerman was introduced to country fans though his debut single, “Fall In Love.”
The initial idea for the song was born two years prior to its release. It’s about not wanting to give love a second chance after losing that special person you thought you’d spend the rest of your life with. Bailey felt like a lot of people could relate to that feeling. He really wanted the song to have that “small town” feel, and the line “Seen your mama walking out the county market” did just that. In fact, that’s one of his favorite lyrics.
Because of some impressive streaming numbers, “Fall In Love” would reach the Top 10 on Billboard’s Hot Country chart before the record label even started promoting it to radio. Once they did, the song would become one of the fastest-rising debut singles to reach number one!
